Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids the body's immune system. The Lymphatic system is our front line of defence in fighting bodily infections, as there is no "Heart" to pump it movement is required to transport it. In an overrun or weak system the specific massage techniques taught in Lymphatic drainage help move lymph and free the system, helping the bodies ability recover and function naturally.
