· Massage is a fantastic and healthy way to treat stress and muscle tension and almost everyone loves to be massaged!
If you are interested in learning to massage and want to be able to do more than give a little rub then we can help. This short massage course is great if you want to be able to give a basic massage to your partner or family member. It is also a great introduction to massage if you are considering becoming a professional massage therapist and want to see what is involved and how we teach before you start.

It is a full one day program that allows you to experience what massage is all about in its various forms.
You will learn Swedish relaxations techniques techniques including head, neck, back and arm techniques. You will also learn some very useful stretching and muscle mobilisation techniques.
These techniques will allow you to give a good, basic, hands on massage just about anywhere.

We can't teach you how to be a professional massage therapist in one day, as that takes six months at least, but this program is a helpful start and great if you would like to know what it takes to become one.
You will have first hand experience of what it is like to study with us and find out why we believe that if your laughing your listening and therefore learning. |

You will spend the day in a classroom with one of our Senior Coaches who is available to answer any question you might have about becoming a professional Massage Therapist.
You will need to bring 3 towels and your lunch. We will provide your oils. please wear a swimsuit as partial disrobing is required.
you will not only be learning how to massage but also be doing it and receiving it, all day long, so be ready for a fantastic massage experience.

Should you decide to enrol in a nationally recognised course with us after completing the Introduction to Massage course then this course fee will be credited towards the fee for our nationally recognised courses.
